The famous “driving to attack the border guards in Xinjiang Kashi” case and “terrorist bombing attacks in Kuqa County” case which occurred during 2008 Beijing Olympic Games were done by this group.

Wu Heping said the crack of the major terrorist organization proved again that “East Turkistan” and other terrorist organizations are the main terrorist threat facing our country at present ans in the future. Chinese public security organs will strongly support and fulfill the United Nations General Assembly and Security Council resolutions, and severely crack down on terrorist activities to effectively maintain social stability.
